When you have a ravaging beast on the loose you know it's time to call in the professionals to sort it out! The cop had no choice but to pepper spray the squirrel, but he's going to have a really tough time getting the handcuffs on.

Could it really be true? The face tracking feature of the HP web cam will not recognize or track black faces, the webcam refuses to pick up negros & this dude is slightly bummed as he bought one for Xmas! WTF?
