Guy Cuts Parking Meter in Half

It's a normal reaction to get angry when presented with a parking ticket. However, it is not normal to cut the meter in half with a NYPD police officer standing nearby. If it was me i would have torn the ticket in half. Just saying!

We have all seen footage of store openings and huge crowds trampling each other on Black Friday in the United States. This is what is was like in Japan. I think their system might be a little better. Amazing.
